Customer Privacy and Security

Information collected on this site is used only for fulfillment of your online order. AP Cables, Inc will not sell, lease, rent or otherwise disclose your contact information to any other party. E-mail is the primary means of communication between AP Cables, Inc and its customers. We may store your e-mail address to notify you of special promotions. Your e-mail address is where you will receive copies of your invoice and any other important order information.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order is $25.

Payment Methods

AP Cables, Inc normally accepts Visa, MasterCard and COD payment. Payment is due in full as stated on the invoice. Upon Credit Approval, we can set up a new account for Net Days. This process generally takes 3-4 business days. Prices may change without prior notification.

Returned Checks

If the Buyer's check is returned to AP Cables Inc., because of insufficient funds, payment has been stopped or for any other reason a charge of $25.00 will be applied for the handling and processing of that check. Two or more returned checks within a 60-day period will cause the account to revert to a cash, credit card or COD basis.

How to Order

Orders are accepted via phone 919-847-0181, fax 919-847-9905, email apcables@nc.rr.com or through our website. Please note that our minimum order is $25.

Returns

Returns must be received by AP Cables, Inc within 30 days of Invoice date. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 5 days from the receipt date to receive a RMA Number. Returns must be accompanied by and RMA Number and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for unnecessary returns. AP Cables, Inc does not issue credit. AP Cables, Inc can credit original shipping costs only in the event of an internal error. AP Cables, Inc cannot credit return shipping. Acceptance of returns is based on the discretion of AP Cables, Inc.
